RAW CHOCOLATE SHAKE

Boost your serotonin levels and soothe your nervous system with this smooth and creamy raw chocolate shake.

Cacao is full of flavanoids, which contain anti inflammatory and heart protective antioxidants.

Maca also has the ability to balance and stabilise your hormones and nervous system.

Both are great sources of magnesium.

RAW CHOCOLATE SHAKE

Servings 1

Ingredients
  

  • 250 ml almond milk
  • 1.5 tbsp raw cacao powder
  • Handful of spinach
  • 1 tsp maca powder
  • 1 tbsp raw honey
  • 2-3 ice cubes optional
  • A few leaves of fresh mint optional

Instructions
 

  • Pop everything into a blender and blend until smooth.
