For best results, I would usually encourage a series of six sessions over a period of at least 12 weeks. I have found that this ensures that the lifestyle changes I introduce have the time to embed and become healthy habits.
Six 60 minute sessions: £240 / RM1265
If, however you prefer the pay-as-you-go model I also offer the following option:
One 60 minute session: £45 / RM230
Please note: I offer 1:1 sessions either in person at my home in Johor or via online video calls.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
First, you’ll complete a health history questionnaire so that I can learn more about your life.
Once you’re ready to move forward, we will schedule a series of coaching sessions. Each I hour session is designed to meet your personal needs as you work towards your wellness goals. I will provide you with resources to guide you in making educated decisions, and I will support you in creating a healthier life that you’ll love!
