First, you’ll complete a detailed health history questionnaire so that I can learn more about your life.
Once you’re ready to move forward, we will schedule a series of coaching sessions. Each one hour session is designed to meet your personal needs as you work towards your wellness goals. I will provide you with resources to guide you in making educated decisions, and I will support you in creating a healthier life.
For best results, I would usually encourage a follow up series of sessions over a period of at least 12 weeks. I have found that this ensures that the lifestyle changes I introduce have the time to embed and become healthy habits.
I offer 1:1 sessions either in person at my home in Johor or via online video calls.
