A Holistic Health Coach is a guide and mentor who empowers you and provides ongoing support and guidance as you set goals and make sustainable changes that improve your health and happiness.
As your Health Coach, I will listen carefully and we’ll navigate the world of contradictory nutrition and health advice together to explore what truly works for you.

Being healthy isn’t just about the food on our plates. In reality, everything is food. From our relationships and careers, to our home environments and self care, what we feed ourselves in every area of life affects our health on multiple levels.
Maybe you’ve seen the pounds gradually pile on over the past few years. Maybe you’re missing the energetic vitality you used to have. Perhaps you get sick frequently and can’t figure out why. You could be confused by all the conflicting nutrition information out there and just don’t know what to eat. Does any of this sound like you?

Together, you and I can create your personalised wellness strategy. You’ll discover what to eat and how to implement lifestyle changes so that you can increase your energy, lose extra weight, reduce the effects of stress and feel your best. Each coaching session is focused on meeting your individual needs so that you can achieve your personal health and wellness goals.
Together we can make sustainable changes. Real, lasting results will happen gradually as small changes are implemented at a manageable pace.

WHAT TO EXPECT:
First, we’ll decide if we’re a good fit. You’ll complete a health history questionnaire so that I can learn more about your life. Next, we’ll spend an hour chatting about you. There’s so much more to you (and your health) than what you eat or how much you exercise. I want to get to know you better. This initial session is complimentary so that you can test the waters before you commit.
Once you’re ready to move forward, we will schedule a minimum of twelve coaching sessions over the course of at leastsix months. Each 50-minute session is designed to meet your needs as you work toward your wellness goals. I’ll provide you with resources to guide you in making educated decisions, thought provoking questions as you move forward, and support in creating a healthier life that you love!
