What is Functional Medicine Health Coaching?
A Functional Medicine Health Coach is a guide and mentor who empowers you and provides ongoing support as you set goals and make sustainable changes that improve your health and wellness.
My aim is to get to the root causes of your health concerns and address them at the core so that your body and mind can find themselves once again in harmony.
I will not simply look to address your symptoms, but will seek to discover the underlying reasons behind any dis-ease.

Being healthy isn’t just about the food on our plates. In reality, everything is food. From our relationships and careers, to our home environments, mental health and self care, what we feed ourselves in every area of life affects our health on multiple levels.
Some of the more common issues that I help people with are:

- Stress related conditions
- Anxiety, depression and mood imbalance
- Gut & digestive issues
- Thyroid and hormonal imbalances

What to expect
First, you’ll complete a health history questionnaire so that I can learn more about your life. This will help inform our first session.
I will then support you in implementing sustainable and simple lifestyle and behavioural changes that will contribute to your agreed personal wellness goals. We’ll work towards connecting your self back with your body and clearing any limiting beliefs that may be holding you back.
I will help you to look at your environment and to understand the huge effects that our relationships, careers and thoughts have on our health …and most importantly how to start listening to your body.
I will guide you to experience how your body is meant to feel by going back to basics, eating real food, and making sustainable lifestyle changes.
