What is health coaching?
A Holistic Health Coach is a guide and mentor who empowers you and provides ongoing support and guidance as you set goals and make sustainable changes that improve your health and happiness.
As your Health Coach, I will listen carefully and we’ll navigate the world of nutrition and health advice together to explore what truly works for you.
Why work with a health coach?

Being healthy isn’t just about the food on our plates. In reality, everything is food. From our relationships and careers, to our home environments, mental health and self care, what we feed ourselves in every area of life affects our health on multiple levels.

Or… you could just be confused by all the conflicting nutrition information out there and don’t know what to eat!

What to expect:
Together, you and I will create your personalised wellness strategy. You’ll discover what to eat and how to implement lifestyle changes that will optimise your health and wellness.
First, you’ll complete a health history questionnaire so that I can learn more about your life. This will help inform our first session.
During our time together, I’ll provide you with resources to guide you in making educated decisions, and support you in creating a healthier life that you’ll love!
