Being healthy isn’t just about the food on our plates. In reality, everything is food. From our relationships and careers, to our home environments and self care, what we feed ourselves in every area of life affects our health on multiple levels.
Maybe you’ve seen the pounds gradually pile on over the past few years. Maybe you’re missing the energetic vitality you used to have. Perhaps you get sick frequently and can’t figure out why. You could be confused by all the conflicting nutrition information out there and just don’t know what to eat. Does any of this sound like you?
Together, you and I will create your personalised wellness strategy. You’ll discover what to eat and how to implement lifestyle changes so that you will increase your energy, lose extra weight, balance your hormones and reduce the effects of stress in order to feel your best.
Together we can make sustainable changes. Real, lasting results will happen gradually as changes are implemented at a manageable pace.
This is not a diet. This is a new lifestyle.
What to Expect:
First, you’ll complete a health history questionnaire so that I can learn more about your life. Next, you will have a 1 hour consultation so that I can better understand your needs.
Once you’re ready to move forward, we will schedule a series of coaching sessions. Each 50-minute session is designed to meet your needs as you work towards your wellness goals. I’ll provide you with resources to guide you in making educated decisions, and support you in creating a healthier life that you love!
During the following months, you will:
- Set your personal goals and work towards sustainable change
- Work to achieve and maintain a healthy weight
- Understand and reduce your cravings
- Increase your energy and feel great in your body
- Learn how to easily add new foods to your routine
- Improve your relationships with confidence
- Understand how each area of your life affects your health as a whole
