Nature’s Perfect Snack

The combination of avocado and sauerkraut is just amazing.  Delicious and nourishing to your gut!

Avocados are nutrient dense, full of soluble and insoluble fibre and good fats.  An avocado contains over 20 vitamins and minerals, especially vitamin C, vitamin B-6, magnesium and potassium.

Did you know that a cup of pureed avocado contains almost four times more potassium than a whole banana?
