I am trained to look at the whole picture, by assessing your work life balance, stress levels, exercise, sleep and food choices. As your health coach, I will listen carefully and provide encouragement, education and empowerment as you set goals and make sustainable changes that improve your health and wellbeing.
Being healthy isn’t just about the food on our plates. In reality, everything is food. From our relationships and careers, to our home environments, mental health and self care. What we feed ourselves in every area of life affects our health on multiple levels.
