I help people to achieve their health and lifestyle goals through personalised 1:1 support, guidance and accountability.

HOW I DO IT:

I am trained to look at the bigger picture, by assessing your work life balance, stress levels, exercise, sleep and food intake. As your Health Coach, I will listen carefully and we’ll navigate the world of nutrition and health advice together to explore what truly works for you. I provide ongoing support as you set goals and make sustainable changes that improve your health and happiness.

Being healthy isn’t just about the food on our plates. In reality, everything is food. From our relationships and careers, to our home environments, mental health and self care. What we feed ourselves in every area of life affects our health on multiple levels.

My interests in health and wellbeing are far reaching and I have studied a number of disciplines. I don’t believe in standing still and am currently extending my knowledge, studying for my Functional Medicine Practitioners Certification.
